4 Natural Ways Will Reduce Sweating Easily and Quickly in the Summer

#1. Lemon
Lemon from immemorial is been used to control body odor and against excessive sweating. Citric acid kills bacteria and acts as a natural deodorant, but after treatment of the skin with lemon, you should not go out in the sun.
Cut the lemon in half and the armpits. Leave it for 15 to 30 minutes and then rinse the skin with water.
#2. Black tea
Tannin, which is rich in this tea, contains acid that acts as a natural antiperspirant and thus affect the glands and reduces excessive sweating. Boil half a cup of water and dip it in the black tea.
Remove the bag after a minute and put them aside on a plate to cool. Put the bags under your armpits or on the area of the body where sweating is increased, leave for 5 minutes and then remove them.

Apple cider vinegar acts as a natural deodorant because it destroys bacteria. Apply it once a day on the armpits.

You can buy it at your local store, (you can carry it in your purse) It is a very practical solution against perspiration and unpleasant odor of sweat.
Add a pinch of baking soda in a little water or moist fingers and apply underarm. Rub the skin, let it dry, and with dry paper towel, remove the rest of the powder.
