Prince William and Princess Kate welcome new family addition their kids absolutely ‘love’

Prince William and Princess Kate have reportedly expanded their family with the arrival of four adorable puppies, born to their cherished dog, Orla.

The couple’s three children—Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis—are said to be completely smitten with the newborn pups, who are only a few weeks old. Their home at Adelaide Cottage is now said to be filled with the delightful sounds of tiny paws scampering about.

As reported by The Sun, both Orla and her litter are in good health, and the entire household is buzzing with excitement over the new arrivals.

While it’s not yet clear if the royal couple plans to keep the puppies permanently, their presence has certainly brought a new wave of joy to the family.

A source close to the family remarked, “We always thought the days of tiny feet in the Wales household were over—now it’s tiny paws instead.”

The puppies’ names have not been revealed, nor has the identity of their father. Still, the new additions have captured the hearts of all, especially the royal children, who have long adored Orla and had a special bond with their previous dog, Lupo.

Kensington Palace has been contacted for an official statement but has not yet responded.

Orla has been a visible part of the family’s life, even appearing in a touching video shared by Princess Kate last September when she announced the conclusion of her cancer treatment.

The couple reportedly adopted Orla in 2020, not long after the death of Lupo, their beloved dog who had been part of the family for years.

Orla is believed to be one of the puppies from a dog owned by Kate’s brother, James Middleton, a passionate advocate for animals and dog welfare.

In April, the Prince and Princess of Wales posted a rare image of Orla on social media to celebrate National Pet Day.

The post was captioned: “Celebrating the animals who bring so much joy, companionship, and love to our lives this #NationalPetDay.”

While it’s uncertain whether the royal pups will remain permanent members of the family, one thing is clear—their arrival has brought happiness and playful energy to the Wales household.
