Jennifer Garner made a decision to save her family’s history

As family members grew and moved away, the farm changed hands several times. Jennifer Garner bought the farm in 2017 to regain her family’s legacy. Her idea went beyond nostalgia; she wanted to make it a viable business once more.

To accomplish this, she sought the assistance of her uncle Robert and aunt Janet, the farm’s former proprietors. After four decades of neglect, the farm, once a thriving hub for pecans, lettuce, radishes, and potatoes, was poised for a comeback.

Jennifer revived the farm under the banner “Once Upon a Farm” in collaboration with co-founders Ari Raz, John Foraker, and Cassandra Curtis. The mission was to cultivate organic fruits and vegetables, crafting nutritious foods for children

Patricia describes her parents’ lack of an automobile at the time of purchase. When they found out about the available land, they had to hire someone to take them to it. Negotiations over the $20 difference took all day, but a compromise was eventually reached, and the land became a permanent part of the family.

Jennifer’s mother vividly remembers the poor origins of the farm, without running water and indoor plumbing, but full of fond memories of her youth on that 20-acre property.

Over the years, as family members grew and moved away, the farm changed hands multiple times. In 2017, Jennifer Garner decided to reclaim the family legacy by purchasing the farm. Her vision went beyond nostalgia; she aimed to transform it into a thriving business once again.

To achieve this, she enlisted the help of her uncle Robert and aunt Janet, former owners of the farm. After four decades of neglect, the farm, once a bustling center for pecans, lettuce, radishes, and potatoes, was ready for a revival.

Jennifer reopened the farm under the name “Once Upon a Farm” with co-founders Ari Raz, John Foraker, and Cassandra Curtis. The objective was to raise organic fruits and vegetables and prepare healthful foods for youngsters.

The project, launched in 2018, intended to return infant food to its organic roots. Jennifer stated her long-held desire of returning baby food back to the roots with organic fruits and veggies produced from local farmers, mixed with affection and served fresh from the fridge.

Jennifer Garner has made it her priority to ensure that busy mothers have access to healthful food. Since its start, “Once Upon a Farm” has enjoyed extraordinary success, with its items appearing on the shelves of major retailers across America and accessible for purchase on the company’s website.
