Riley Strain, a missing Missouri college student who was last seen two weeks ago, was found d.є.α.d in a Nashville river.
According to the Metro Nashville Police Department, Strain’s body was found from the Cumberland River in West Nashville approximately 7:30 a.m. on Friday.
Police did not find any “foul play-related trauma,” and an autopsy is scheduled.
Strain was last seen March 8 after he was asked to leave Luke Bryan’s 32 Bridge Bar in downtown Nashville.
The 22-year-old was seen many more times before disappearing. Once on surveillance tape crossing the street from the bar, then again a few minutes later on another security camera.
He also had a brief encounter with the police.
The next day, Strain’s fraternity brothers in Nashville reported him missing.
Police launched a large search for the college student, but they were unable to find him or any clues until March 16, when his bank card was discovered near the banks of the Cumberland River.
