There’s Nothing Like Sisterly Love: Ultrasound Captures Twins Kissing Inside Mom’s Womb
THIS is the incredible moment an ultrasound appeared to show twins snuggling up in their mother’s womb and even sharing a kiss.
Carissa Gill, who is 25 weeks pregnant with boyfriend Randy, was overjoyed when stunning 3D technology captured the remarkably clear view of the babies.
These twins have not yet been born, but they’re already showing off how close they are.
Identical twin babies Isabella and Callie were spotted in their mom’s belly sharing a tender kiss during a 25-week ultrasound.
“It was just so exciting to see them like that,” soon-to-be mom Carissa Gill of Croydon, Pa., told InsideEdition.com. “I didn’t think that they were going to be that close together, but they are, and it was just so beautiful to see.”
In another photo on her Instagram page, she wrote: “It was hard not to be so thankful during this moment.
“I am legit so blessed and can’t wait to meet our two precious princesses.”
The couple, who plan to name their identical twins Isabella and Callie, had the scan last week at Fetal Vision Imaging in Pennsylvania, USA.
According to its website, it uses cutting edge technology which “brings images of your baby to life”, including 3D images and 4D ultra sounds which create a live movie effect so parents can watch babies smile or yawn.
In 3D fetal scanning sound waves are sent at different angles instead of being sent straight down and reflected back.
Despite having a rough start to her pregnancy, Gill said watching her babies interact like that made it all worth it.
“My heart was just so full,” she said. “It was a photo that would make any new parent smile.”
