A reporter visited a small farm to interview an old farmer about his prize cows.
“How much milk does your black cow produce?” the reporter asked.
“About two liters a day,” the farmer replied.
“And the white cow?”
“About two liters a day.”
The reporter nodded politely and wrote it down.
“Where do they sleep?”
“The black one or the white one?”
“The black one.”
“In the barn.”
“And the white one?”
“In the barn.”
The reporter paused for a second but continued.
“What do you feed them?”
“The black one or the white one?”
“The black one.”
“Grass.”
“And the white one?”
“Grass.”
Now the reporter was getting irritated.
“Sir, every time I ask you a question, you ask me which cow I mean… but your answers are exactly the same! Why?”
The farmer smiled proudly.
“Well… because the black cow is mine.”
The reporter blinked.
“And the white cow?”
The farmer took off his hat, scratched his head, and said:
“Well… she’s mine too.” 😄
