After a huge fight, she grabbed a pair of scissors…
My wife and I had a massive argument that night.
Things got so heated she stormed into the bedroom, grabbed a pair of scissors… and cut a big hole in the mosquito net above our bed.
Then she looked at me and said,
“Let them in. Maybe they’ll deal with you.”
I just lay there, stunned.
An hour passed.
Then suddenly, she came back with tape… and started carefully sealing the hole.
I watched her quietly, feeling a strange warmth in my chest.
Maybe she cooled down, I thought.
Maybe she still cares about me after all.
I almost smiled.
That’s when I heard her mumbling to herself:
“Okay… that should be enough in there. Can’t let them escape now.”
