A husband left for work on Friday afternoon…
Except he never came home.
Instead, he spent the entire weekend hunting with his buddies, blowing every dollar of his paycheck and having the time of his life.
Late Sunday night, he finally walked through the front door.
His wife was waiting.
For the next two solid hours, she gave him the biggest lecture of his life.
When she finally paused for breath, she folded her arms and asked,
“How would you like it if you didn’t see me for two or three days?”
The husband shrugged and replied,
“Honestly? That’d be just fine with me.”
Monday came…
He didn’t see his wife.
Tuesday passed…
Still didn’t see her.
Wednesday came and went…
Nothing.
By Thursday…
…the swelling around his left eye had finally gone down enough for him to see her out of the corner of it. 😂
