A young woman was invited to her boyfriend’s parents’ house for dinner.
It was the first time she’d ever met his family, and she was determined to make a great impression.
Dinner was delicious…
But there was one problem.
Between her nerves and the broccoli casserole, she could feel some serious gas building up.
She fought it as long as she could.
Finally, she let out a tiny little puff.
The room went completely silent.
Before she could apologize, her boyfriend’s father glanced down at the family dog lying beneath the table and barked,
“Skippy!”
The woman blinked.
Then secretly smiled.
Maybe no one suspected her after all.
A few minutes later, another wave hit.
This one was louder…
And definitely impossible to ignore.
The father frowned at the dog again.
“Dang it, Skippy!”
The woman bit her lip to keep from laughing.
She couldn’t believe she was getting away with it.
But then…
The pressure returned one last time.
She knew there was no stopping it.
What came next sounded like a trumpet announcing the king.
The father shot out of his chair, pointed at the dog, and shouted,
“Skippy! Get away from her right now!”
He threw up his hands and yelled,
“Before she blames this one on you too!” 😂
