A married couple was involved in a terrible car accident. While the wife escaped with minor scratches, the husband’s face was severely burned.

Without hesitation, his loving wife volunteered to donate her own skin. After running some tests, the doctor informed them that the only highly compatible, blemish-free skin suitable for the facial transplant had to come from her buttocks.
The husband was hesitant, but the wife insisted. The surgery was a massive success. In fact, the reconstruction was so perfect that the husband ended up looking more handsome and youthful than he ever had before.
Overwhelmed with gratitude, the husband looked at his wife one evening and said, “Darling, you made such a massive sacrifice for me. How can I ever possibly repay you for what you did?”
The wife smiled warmly and replied,
“Oh, don’t worry about it, sweetheart. I get all the thanks I need every single time I watch your mother kiss you on the cheek.”
