A man was enjoying a drink at a bar in New York when he struck up a conversation with the bartender.
Eventually, the topic turned to marriage.
“So,” the bartender asked, “are you married?”
The man grinned from ear to ear.
“Absolutely! And I’m convinced my wife loves me more than any woman has ever loved her husband.”
The bartender chuckled.
“That’s a bold claim. What makes you so sure?”
The man took another sip and said,
“Well, I called in sick last week and stayed home for a few days.”
“My wife was so excited to have me around that every single time the milkman or the mailman came down our street, she’d sprint to the front door, waving both arms like crazy and shouting…”
“Don’t come in… MY HUSBAND’S HOME!” 😂
