An unexpected afternoon arrival can reveal a lot about a marriage, but for one uniquely clueless husband, the dots were simply impossible to connect.
He walked into the bedroom early from work to find his wife sprawled across the sheets, sweating, puffing, and panting wildly.
“What’s wrong?!” he gasped.
“I… I think I’m having a massive heart attack!” she stammered, clutching her chest.
Panic-stricken, the husband bolted downstairs to dial 911. As he grabbed the phone, his four-year-old son, Johnny, intercepted him, crying his eyes out.
“What’s the matter, buddy?” the dad asked frantically.
“Uncle Jim is hiding in the master closet with no clothes on!” the toddler sobbed.
Furious at the distraction, the husband stormed back upstairs, threw open the wardrobe doors, and found his brother standing there completely stark naked.
The husband slammed his fists against the wall and screamed:
“You selfish bastard, Jim! My wife is over there literally dying of a heart attack, and you’re running around naked scaring the kids!”
